Authorities are searching for victims of a multi-millionaire paedophile priest who may be entitled to part of his estate.

Michael Studdert died on 9 August 2017. He was a convicted paedophile.

A website created by Nockolds Solictors has been made live in accordance with a Court Order. The Court considers that Mr Studdert committed historic sexual assault in England and Wales and outside the jurisdiction of the court in Poland, Denmark and Italy. As a consequence, the Court wishes to give victims notice of Mr Studdert’s death, and the opportunity to seek legal redress for their pain and suffering.

The court order can be found here

The website is intended to enable victims who experienced abuse by Michael Studdert, to find out more information, and notify the Executors of his legal estate of their intention to make a claim for compensatory damages.

Charles Derham of Remedy Law explains ‘This is a relatively ground breaking order and one that could set precedent for many others.’ he further comments ‘those who may be eligible to claim would need specialist legal advice and would urge those to contact lawyers to register the interest on their behalf via the website’.

Remedy Law are willing to assist those register their potential action against the estate on the website. If you would like legal assistance please contact us
